December 2018

Monica helped me work through 3 sets of issues that were limiting my ability to run more than once or so a week. With her help and diligently following her PT exercises I managed the Weiser River 50 K, Bear Pete 30 K and much more. I am on track to exceed 1,000 miles this year, couldn’t have done it without her help.

May 2015

Michael was awesome. I saw 2 docs in the 2 weeks leading up to my visit with Michael and neither of them even touched my injured ankle. One took an xray and told me what she saw. The other just listened and referred me to a specialist. Michael listened to what happened and immediately went to work examining my ankle and what was going on with it. I could tell that he understood completely what was wrong and gave me a complete and honest prognosis. He also calmed my fears by using a visual aid to show me what was causing the strange sensations in my ankle.

He worked me hard but that is what I needed. I thought I might need surgery but may be able to adjust to this condition through Michael's PT and the prescribed strengthening/stretching program.
